  Terrible, total ripoff never told me that they were going to charge me $18.00 per month when I put our system on seasonal. If they would of told me I would canceled and returned the whole system back before head back north. Then I I found out that they were charging me $165.00 per month for the telephone,internet and cable and I had four neighbours who just joined and are paying sixty dollars less then me and I have been with bright houses and spectrum for ten years.
