  Rosecastle provided our Mom, who recently passed, with excellent care--not just technically, but from the heart. They made her a part of their "family" and brought out the best in her. My brother visited her almost daily and always had positive things to say about the staff and her surroundings. I lived out of state, but whenever I visited her, I was always impressed with the activities, the surroundings, and the atmosphere. Thank you RC!

  The nursing staff at this location are the most indifferent and downright lazy "professionals" I've ever encountered. The level of care they provide my grandmother is abysmal, and they refuse to work on fixing things that are wrong. My grandmother has fallen multiple times, and when she pushes her emergency call button in her room, no one comes to her assistance. She has lain on the floor for hours waiting for help. We are told by staff that the emergency call button "must be broken." But yet, they won't fix it. Three times it has "been broken" when she needed help. They also don't do their rounds to check on residents, and do not administer medication when they are supposed to. The nurse literally said "well, she didn't look like she needed it." What?? Prescribed medication should be given ON SCHEDULE, not when a non-doctor thinks the patient "looks ok." This place is chock full of staff who simply do not work, but come up with a million excuses why the residents in their care are suffering. If you love your family member, do not allow them to live here!
