  I made the mistakes of trusting this store. I was charge an erroneous fee of $15.00 2 months ago to turn on the same phone I've had for 3 years. I was also told that I couldn't have the free $60.00 phone that was available be cause the guy at the store had just turned on my phone (It had been 2 minutes). I called Metro PCS Corporate & was told that the fee was illegal and that I should have been given the phone. When I followed up, I was told Courtney would call me, she hasn't & nobody seems to answer the f*ing phone when I try to call them. I want my $15.00 back, the phone & I will not stop until I get it! My advice, STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRIMINAL ORGINIZATION.

  Needed help for cell phone and received the needed help. I meet the district manager Courtney and because of her such positive attitude we upgraded our phones
  We are very happy and would strongly recommend MetroPCS.
