  The first visit was good, groomer did a nice job.
  Just returned from her shop, very disappointed in owner’s attitude. While I was waiting, I noticed a dog scratching a lot. When I was making an appointment, I told Sandra about the dog scratching so much, and wondered about fleas. Well, she went off the wall, accused me of giving her a hard time, told me she had people lining up for her service, and “we are done!” I tried to talk to her, but she rudely repeated, “we are done!”, then turned her back on me.
  
  Before she went off her stick, she said that she had trouble keeping groomers, and she was doing all the grooming herself. Then she said that Rita was grooming for her part time. ??? Contradicting or what?
  
  I tell you this because an honest and caring owner would have been more worried about a dog bringing in fleas to her shop, and assuring her return customer that she will ensure safe service for her dog.
  
  I would like to hear from some of the groomers who left her business.
  
  Please be careful with this business.

  This is a great place. They carry a variety of dog food and supplies for reasonable prices. The groomers do a great job. I used this place for day care very often and am always pleased with it. The dogs are well supervised and receive individual attention and care. Prices very reasonable. Sandy, the owner, has a great way with dogs. She'll help with any questions you may have about dogs or dog products. She's truly a good, kind person. I love this place!
